Through avant-garde technological processes and modern facilities, we process milk and whey into various value-added by-products and dairy ingredients, which are used in a multitude of food, industrial, nutraceutical and agricultural applications.

The Saputo Ingredients Team offers commonly used dairy ingredients such as Non-fat dry milk, Whole milk powder, Lactose, Sweet whey powder, Deproteinized whey powder and Whey protein concentrates. We also offer value-added ingredients, which include Acid casein, Whey protein isolates and Functional dairy blends.
